Welcoming New Staff to the Pure Print Family
Like all businesses this year, it has been a year with no
shortage of challenges and changes. However, we are pleased to now be welcoming
three new friendly faces to our team. Joining the Pure Print family are Nicki
(Receptionist/Administrator), Alan (Print Estimator) and Sarah (Graphic
Artist).
Here’s a quick intro while you put some faces to these names…
Alan – Print Estimator
Previously based in Auckland where he was Print Estimator as well, Alan had been keeping an eye out for an opportunity to move to Tauranga when our role come up.
While he may be in the same type of role, our business is very different due to the much wider variety of job types and sizes. Alan is enjoying the challenge this brings but he especially enjoys his (now) 8min commute to work each day!
Not wasting so much time each day travelling to or from work, Alan is finding he has a lot of extra free time and is now planning to pursue his interest in photography again.
Nicki – Receptionist/Administrator
After a highly successful career in property services where she managed a team of six, Nicki decided she needed a role where she could achieve a better life/work balance plus not have any staff to manage.
Nicki is thoroughly enjoying being our high-flying receptionist/administrator.She has more than enough skills to see through all tasks efficiently and to a very high standard, and, as she said, a lot less stress.
When Nicki talks about life/work balance she is mainly talking about the 7.5m motorhome which her and her husband take out on tour every second weekend!
Sarah – Graphic Artist
Another import from the big smoke, Sarah and her husband actually bought a home in Papamoa a year ago before they were able to make the move with their two small children.
Sarah previously worked at Blue Star print in Auckland where she was also a Graphic Designer while her husband owned an auto electrical business. The opportunity to move came when her husband sold his business and their house in Auckland sold at the same time. Our role came at the perfect time for them both too.
Sarah spends most of her free time participating with kids sports, fishing and dirt bike riding. The family especially love the fact that they can walk to the beach from their home plus everything else they need is only a short drive away.
