Welcome to Louise - Receptionist & Admin
Louise has recently joined the Pure Print team as our new Receptionist & Admin person while Alex is off on her grand tour of Africa. This is a permanent role for Louise as Alex has decided to take on a new role supporting our production team when she returns.
Originally from Essex, UK, Louise moved to NZ in 2018 and relocated from Auckland with her partner Ryan to Papamoa earlier this year.
Louise is an absolute expert when it comes to customer service having previously worked as a hairdresser for 10yrs then hostess on a sailing flotilla in Greece for 2yrs and a superyacht for 1yr! Before moving to Tauranga, she was taking international visitors on “Tiki Tours” on the old America’s Cup boats in Auckland harbour.
As the first person you will meet or speak to when you visit or call our office, Louise will directly handle our simpler and repeat orders or ensure you speak to the right customer service person for more complex enquiries. She will also be calling to let you know the progress with your order or follow-up on quotes sent. As well as generally ensuring all admin tasks continue to run smoothly.
A self-proclaimed adventure seeker, Louise enjoys being active and trying new things. Lately she has been #1 support crew for her partner who is currently training for the Blokarting World Champs aswell as offshore racing on a 52ft Reichal Pugh , and can often be seen cheering him on at the many races he attends both here and overseas.
